About the Journal

The Global Journal of Leadership and Management is a scientific journal published by Global Insan Cita. It is published twice a year, in March and September. It aims to support leadership and management development. Furthermore, it is hoped that the journal will serve as a reference for the development of government, business, social, religious, and community entities.
